Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM EST.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM EST.
- If you plan to extend your stay, please re-register by 10:00 AM on your scheduled departure date to ensure availability and avoid late checkout charges.
- Early check-in (from 2:00 PM) or late check-out (until 1:00 PM) may be available upon request for a fee of $30.00 each.
- These options are subject to availability on the day of arrival or departure.
- Without prior approval, late departures after 11:00 AM may incur additional night charges.
- Check-Out Procedure: When departing, please return your room key to the Country Store front desk so we know you have checked out.
- If you depart outside of office hours (before 6:00 AM), please leave your key in the key drop at the front gate (to the right) and send us a text message to confirm you have left.
- Failure to return or account for the key will result in a $50 charge.
- Arrival and Check-In Process: Upon arrival, please come to Bells Marina Fuel & Country Store (at the entrance) to check in with our staff.
- If you have not already completed the required e-document check-in form, you will be asked to sign it at this time.
- After check-in, you will receive a keyfob to access the property.
- Enter the gated area and drive toward the back of the property to find your waterfront accommodation.
- At check-in, the Guest and all individuals staying in the room must present a valid photo ID (such as driver’s license or passport).
- The Resort reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any guest or occupant who violates this agreement or any posted rules.
- Late Arrivals: If you plan to arrive after our office hours (office hours are 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST), please notify us in advance by calling 1 (803) 380-8499.
- For late arrivals, you must contact our staff.
- There is a $30 late arrival fee to be arranged in advance.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.Occupancy and Verification
- Occupancy Limits & ID Verification: When booking, you must inform us of the total number of people in your party who will occupy the accommodation.
- Overnight visitors not included in the original reservation are not permitted.
- Any unregistered occupants are a violation of this agreement and can result in immediate eviction without refund.Payment Terms
- Reservation Deposit & Payment Schedule: By signing this agreement, you authorize the Resort to charge the remaining balance of your reservation to the credit card on file 30 days before check-in.
- The payment schedule is as follows:
- Reservations made within 30 days of check-in: 100% of the total is charged at booking.
- Reservations made 21–60 days before check-in: 50% of the total is charged at booking.
- Reservations made 61–999 days before check-in: 25% of the total is charged at booking.
- Regardless of the initial deposit, the full remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to check-in, and an email reminder of the upcoming charge will be sent 31 days prior.
- These charges will occur as scheduled even if the Guest does not separately acknowledge the reminder.
- Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, traveler’s checks, money orders, or cash for payment.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (matching the name on the credit/debit card) is required at check-in.
- No personal checks are accepted.
- If you use a credit or debit card for an online reservation, that same card must be presented at check-in with a matching ID.
- If the original card is not present, we will refund that card and require a new payment method for the balance.
- Security Deposit: A credit or debit card must be provided at check-in to cover any incidentals or damages during your stay.
- If you use a debit card for this security hold, please note that a temporary hold (authorization) will be placed on your account funds.
- Upon check-out, the Resort will release the hold, but your bank may take 3–14 business days to process the release and make the funds available to you.

- You may dock your boat briefly to load/unload, but do not leave boats anchored or parked on the shoreline overnight in front of the hotel area.
- Extended or overnight boat docking on the hotel shoreline in front of the hotel is not permitted.Parental Supervision
- Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times.
- Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult in all resort areas.

- No parking is allowed on RV sites or grass areas.
- For standard rooms and kitchenette units, a parking pass is provided.
