- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

- No late checkout for any site!
- A fee of 20.00 will be charged, or deducted from the deposit, for every thirty minutes, you have not departed.
- Law enforcement will be called if not respectful of rules!
- Late checkout is not acceptable! It disrupts our business operations, if needed law enforcement will be called, and you will be banned from staying with us again!Quiet Hours
- 10 PM to 8 AMVisitors of Guest Policy: All visitors of guests must be registered.
- All vehicles and visitors must be registered, and approved to be in the park!
- Vehicles that are not registered are not allowed to come into our park! (See the max occupancy allowed per site.)
- Please notify our staff prior to the date of arrival, if you have an extra vehicle/boat, so we can better accommodate you with a parking area. All vehicles have to be registered along with payment of fee, to obtain a parking pass!Booking Online or Direct
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
- If you book with a booking engine (i.e. Spot2Nite), you will be required to go thru that same booking engine for any date changes or cancelations.
- Do not expect our staff to be able to refund or change dates or cancel your reservation when you have booked with an outside booking site.RV Full Hook Up Sites and Partial Back In Sites
- We are a Good Sam park! You must provide a valid Good Sam Card and/or number to get the 10% discount, good for RV Sites only, discount is nonapplicable for Yurts.
- For Online bookings, discount will be refunded, after checking in and providing member number.
- No refunds after you have checked in. No exceptions.Cancellation Policy for RV Sites
-RV stays, if cancelled within 7 nights of stay - no refund. If cancelled 7 days or more prior to stay refund minus $15 admin fee for cancelling.
- Once you arrive, no refunds.
- Site Rate is set for (4) Persons per site, Max persons per RV Site is set at (6). Extra fees apply. Rate is for only (1) Vehicle, (1) RV per site.RV Reservations
- No tents allowed.
- RV Check in - 1 pm to 8 pm
- RVs and Camper's must be owned, by registered guest, and driven in by the guest that is reserving with us. We do not allow them to be delivered and set up.

- All pets to be on leash at all times and promptly picked up after.Group Reservations
- RV sites only
- If you are coming in with a group, please notify management when booking so we can better accommodate you and your group.
- Each person in the group needs to be registered and on file-per each site.
- When groups check in it is imperative that you do not switch or change sites without approval and notification to our staff, as we must know who is in what site, and also it could disrupt our reservations coming in.
- You must be able to move your own unit.
- All RV guests must present valid IDs, and register by stopping in the office before going into site.Tents
- Tents are not allowed in full hook up RV sites or yurt sites!
- Tents have to be approved by management, and be in tent sites only.
- Extra fee $10.00 per tent.
- We have limited sites that we allow tents on.Park Facilities
- Restrooms, laundry and showers on site.
- Showers are unisex and have lockable stalls with bench.
- Utility sink in shower room can be used for dishes.
- Laundry has two washers and two dryers price range from $1.00 to $1.50 per load.
- Please clean up after yourselves.Please no smoking!
- Smoking is prohibited inside our buildings or yurts!
- Outside smoking is permitted but please be respectful of other guests.Pets
- Please do not walk thru other guest sites.
- Please do not walk your dogs thru occupied sites.
- Please use designated pet area over by trees on North end of property.
- Pick up after your pet!Children, Elderly and Impaired
- Please never leave your children unattended!
- All children must be supervised by adult at all times.
- Annoying behavior like constant yelling or screaming is not acceptable behavior and disrupts other guests.
- No throwing rocks!
- Children must be accompanied by adult, especially in the restrooms and showers and playground area.
- Please assist Elderly and Impaired, in the restrooms and showers, for their safety.Fire Safety
- No wood fires allowed in our RV full hook up sites per county law.
- Propane and gas grills and gas fire pits can be used, as long as they do not burn our grass.
- Please use our Community Fire Pit for gathering with others.Sewer and Water connections
- Note - Red cap is the sewer. Blue cap is the water - do not use!
- Your sewer hose must be water tight, and sewer hose must constantly drain downhill.
- Sewer stairs are required to keep sewer hose off the ground per Oregon State Law.
- You must be able to haul your own unit, for evacuation safety.
- RV age restrictions may apply. All RV's must meet our standards, be in good condition and must be registered under the booked name, and have valid registration and plates per the requirement of the law.Behavior
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!
- Disrespect of our park rules, fighting, yelling, or abusive actions towards staff or other guests, is not acceptable.
- Unruly guests or any aggressive behavior that disrupts other guests, will result in law enforcement being called out to assess the situation, and remove you from our park.
- Our staff will not come out to resolve these types of issues.
- Please call 911 if you are experiencing any of these violations, abuse, or witness any fighting.
- Please contact staff and/or leave a message after you have called 911.
- No unregistered guests or group parties! Violations and charges to credit cards on file can occur. Up to $150.00 to $2500.00 fines will be charged, and all involved will be banned.Fireworks/Firearms
- No use of Fireworks and no public showing of firearms.Garbage
- Please help us keep our park clean by recycling and picking up your garbage.
- No Gas, Flammable, Poisonous or Toxic Chemicals.
- No large items in the garbage.
- Please extinguish cigarettes in the proper receptacles provided. Thank You!Yurt Reservations
- Booking for our Yurts must be individually booked by the person staying in the Yurt.
- No cash for yurt reservations. Credit cards only for yurts!
- We no longer will accept multiple bookings under one name.
- We will require all names of our guests to be on file, that are staying in the Yurts.
- Persons who reserve sites are held responsible for that reservation.
- Must be 18 years or older to reserve.
- Rules regarding max persons per site must be complied with.
- No group parties are allowed.
- Stereos and loudspeakers are not allowed, and a low noise level is to be maintained at all times.
- If you are wanting to stay another night you must contact Management prior to the date of departure and well before the 11 am check-out time.
- If the site is available we will keep you on that same site.
- If the site is booked and we have a site open you can move to that site.Yurt Policies20 ft Yurts

- Dog and cats only.
- Maximum pets allowed in each site is set at (2) pet fee is set at $10.00 per pet per night!
- Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet and also if it is a Service Pet.
- All rules must be respected no matter if it is a Service pet or the waived fees may apply!
- Please do not leave pets unattended in yurts for any amount of time.- Yurt check-in is 4 pm - 8 pm. Yurt guests must arrive no later than 8 pm. Scan self-check in QR on yurt door.
- Yurts have no bedding!
- No cooking allowed in yurt!
- No smoking of any kind inside yurt.
- No tents allowed on yurt site.
- Awnings are ok, but must be secured down.
- When checking out, please leave yurt key in lock box, in yurt or return to office.Yurt Cancellation Policy
- Yurt stays of 6 nights or less, if cancelled within 14 days of reservation, payment is non refundable. If cancelled 15+ days prior to stay, payment minus $15 admin fee for cancellation to be refunded
- Yurt stays of 7 nights of more, if cancelled within 30 days prior to stay, the payment is non-refundable. If cancelled 30+ to stay, payment minus $15 admin fee for cancellation to be refunded.- Absolutely no smoking of any kind in yurts! Violators will be charged a minimum fine of $150.00, and you will be banned!
- No cooking in yurts - We have grates for the fire pits, they can be found on the porch by the lobby. Please return them after use.
- Please do not burn or damage any of our furniture.
- Mini fridge can be rented for additional $10.
- Please do not bring hot items, from the fire pit into the Yurt. Any burns on our furniture or floors will result in extra fees for damages done.
- Please do not move yurt furniture around!Notes
- Extra charges may apply, fee's up to $150.00 to $2500.00 can be charged for any abusive misconduct, disrespect of rules, or other guests if you leave an extreme mess inside or outside of our Yurts, or if our property has been damaged.
- Any kind of Trash, Dog Poop, must be picked up.
- $20.00 fee may apply if our staff has to pick up your garbage.
- Any kind of damage to our park, disrespect of rules or staff, can possibly forfeit the total deposit.
- Do not move the fire pits fee set at $100.00. No excuses or exceptions!!For RV sites- Please keep all pets on a leash at all times, and promptly pick up after them, per Oregon Law.
- Pets are not to be left unattended outside in any sites.
- Please be forthcoming regarding bringing your pet.
- Abuse/negligence will not be tolerated, aggressive animal behavior will not be tolerated.
- No Aggressive Dogs Allowed.
- We want all our guests to feel safe in our park, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with any type of aggressive behavior from your pet. This will result in a $50.00 charge, which can be deducted from the deposit, or charged to the credit card on file.
- Unattended pets, or aggressive behavior to other pets or guests, is not acceptableWe are not responsible for any loss or injury due to, but not limited to, fire, theft, vandalism, accident, negligence or any act of nature. Guests are responsible for their own actions. You and your guests agree to these terms and rules by staying in our park. By confirming this reservation you are accepting our policy and virtually signing our agreement. Thank you!______
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone management may contact you via email or phone if necessary to move you to another site with the same hook-up that you reserved. High season we will try to accommodate as many guests as we can. All of our sites are very nice, and very much the same.- Maximum (4) persons per site, each RV site- is set at (2) person per site, (1) vehicle, (1) RV. Yurts and RV rentals are set at four (4) persons per site, one vehicle. The extra vehicle parking fee is $10.00 per vehicle, boat, etc.- The fee is 8.00 per person. Children under twelve are free! Please never leave your children unattended; children under twelve must be supervised by adults.- Quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am- Pets - Maximum (2), please keep them on leash and promptly pick up after them,- Campfires: fires only in fire rings provided, no wood fires in full hook-up sites-1-35. Propane and/or gas can be used. Do not move fire rings- fine is set at one hundred dollars ($100.00), no exceptions.- You must be able to haul your own unit for evacuation safety. RV age restrictions may apply. All RVs must meet our standards, be in good condition, and be registered with proper law requirements.- No parking on grass unless approved by management and no carpets on grass. You may carpet on gravel in front or side of your unit. Do not destroy or damage our property in any way.- No use of fireworks and no public showing of firearms.
