SELF CHECK-IN – ARRIVALS AFTER OFFICE HOURS: - Guest Services will call your telephone number on file to provide specific instructions. - We will utilize your email on file as a secondary form of communication should we be unable to reach you via phone. - There is an emergency phone number next to the key box should you encounter any issues with a late arrival. - While the property attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Hotel Rooms - You will be provided an access code to a lockbox located just outside the main lobby entrance. - The Lock Box will contain keys, a registration card, and a property map. - Please sign the registration card and leave it in the lockbox. Campsite: - We will advise you of the site number to park your RV. - After 10 pm arrival, please park in the parking lot so as not to disturb others. - All after-hour campsite check-ins, please come to the office the following morning to advise your arrival and sign the registration card. Pet Policy: - Campsites: Pets welcome, 2 pets maximum. - Hotel: 2 pets maximum, 50 lbs. or smaller. - A non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 per pet. - For the protection of and in consideration of our guests, noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. - Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities. - Exotic pets are strictly prohibited. - Only ADA Service Animals are exempt from pet fees. Rates: - Rates include the first 2 persons. - A $5 fee applies for each extra person up to a maximum of 6 per campsite. - Maximum 1 RV or one tent per campsite *must be weighted not staked* and 1 non-camping vehicle per campsite. - Children under age 6 are not charged, however, they do count toward the site maximum. - Hotel Rooms have maximum occupancy restrictions. - There are no refunds for early departures. Smoking Policy: - Smoking is prohibited in all indoor accommodations and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking in designated locations only. A violation of the non-smoking policy may result in a fine of $250. Recreation: - Due to guest privacy, drones are prohibited on the resort. Pool Area: - Pools are open for use. Perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim under the desert sun, or an evening soak accompanied by the brilliant stars.
