Terms and Conditions: - A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. Any remaining balance may be paid either by cash or credit card upon arrival at the property. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing rmsnorthamerica.com to bill your credit card for each payment amount as they come due, including any fees incurred while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. - Electricity is metered on the monthly rate for RV sites and vacation rentals. - Smoking is not permitted in vacation rentals. - Rates are adjusted quarterly. Rates for reservations made over 90 days in advance are subject to change. - Linens are included with park model rentals but are not included with cabin or trailer rentals. Linens are available for an additional fee for cabins and trailers. - Arizona Oasis RV Resort is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, damages, and/or injury to any resident or any guest of any resident, or any property at any time. Any person creating a nuisance or a health and safety issue may be evicted or asked to leave. Arizona Oasis RV Resort reserves the right to amend, revise, and add to the Resort Rules and Regulations at any time. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
