Check-In/Out Procedures - Arrival Time 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. - Your rent must be paid in advance. - No refunds or no prorating. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits & Payments Policy - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Speed Limit Policy - Park speed limit is 5 m.p.h. Applies to all vehicles. Garbage Policies - Tenants are responsible for keeping their space clean and tidy. - No storage items are allowed around R.V.’s. Children Policies - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult - Parents are responsible for their children’s conduct and safety. - Children are not allowed to run around other spaces. Pets Policy - All Dogs, Cats, and Rabbits must be on leashes at all times. Must pick up after pets or there will be a pet fee. Quiet Time Policy - Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate and observe this rule. - No loud radios or t.vs any time. Water Policy - Water regulators are strongly advised, 100PSI pressure. Please repair the leaking sewer or water immediately. Parking Policies - Recreational vehicles must park in assigned spaces. - Do not park on grass or empty R.V. spaces. - Check at the office about parking your extra vehicle. - Please park with care. - Utilities or fixtures damaged by tenants or their guests will be charged to the tenants. Dump Policies - Please do not leave your dump valve open. - Dump as often as you like. - Do not let your wastewater sit in your drain hose. - This will reduce odors, especially while it is hot. - Holding tank deodorizers and digesters are available at the office.
