Tammy and Tom were great. I wish I could say the same for Outdoorsy! We had some technical issues on the road and Outdoorsy's so-called "24/7 Roadside Assistance" guarantee was useless. But that wasn't the owners' fault. I would highly recommend renting from them - but preferably through another platform like RV Share.
