This was a terrible rental. First of all, Luke was not in possession of the camper/trailer and had someone who was supposed to be taking care of it for him. The person who was in possession of the camper/trailer had it parked out back between two trees in a field. When I rented the unit, I understood it was a single axle unit and was concerned about how well it had been kept. Luke assured me that it was well cared for. I specifically asked about the tires and he expressed that he has not had any issues. 45 minutes into our trip the right tire of the trailer blew up and I was dragging it on the axel on the Interstate. There were no tools in the camper to change the flat. Fortunately, I had signed up for the service support provided by Outdoorsy (what a joke)! My son and I sat on the side of the Interstate for 2 hours until finally someone from State Farm randomly driving by stopped and helped us replace the tire with a spare. When we arrived at our camp site in Atlanta that evening, upon opening the door to the camper there were literally hundreds of very large black and red ants crawling all over the inside of the camper! Too tired to look for another place to sleep we killed and sprayed as many as we could see and went to sleep for the night, hoping not to be bitten! The next day we headed out to our final destination in Atlanta, GA (another RV park). When we got there and opened the camper door, we were met with even more of the large black and red ants crawling all over the place! There was obviously a colony of them we had brought with us from Florida. We were 15 minutes from our RV park but there was no way I was going to risk sleeping amongst these suckers! So we found a Hampton Inn across the street from the gas station where we stopped and rented a room for the night. Next day we headed to the RV park where I evacuated all of our stuff and bombed the hell out of the ants and other insects that were all over this camper!

Communication and pick up was very easy. The RV was equipped as described. Cleanliness was the only issue. Inside some of the cabinets and the drawers were not very clean. There was also an issue with ants. It probably needs regular pest treatment. We had a nice time and it was good for the price and ease of use!

We were disappointed the camper was not cleaned before we rented it. The sheets were clean but the toilet, shower, refrigerator, stove top and microwave clearly were not. This camper had quite a few German beetles and cockroaches as well. And there was NO toilet paper. It was not equipped well. Luke did offer to refund our cleaning fee and offer $10 inconvenience fee for the toilet paper. Once you set up camp and then find out you have to hike back into town for toilet paper, a $10 inconvenience fee is quite meager.
