The owner was wonderful and very flexible and accommodating with our crazy schedule due to travel weather to and from the location. The owner showed us all the bells and whistles of this wonderful camper. I would definitely rent from him again.
Outdoorsy is very transparent on their charges, but where they could improve is to clearly explain the refundable deposit process upfront. It created a lot of confusion, but they addressed it.

We had a wonderful experience, our camper was fabulous, Tim delivered our camper and set up very quickly, this camper has everything you will need, just bring your clothes and food! Very happy

We had a wonderful time camping at Mistletoe State Park on Clark’s Hill Lake. Our communication with Tim was excellent and he and his family took great care of us and made sure we had a wonderful mini vacation.

This RV is amazing and so is Tim.
The booking: I booked his RV back in May for a trip in July. Immediately after booking Tim noticed that I was double billed for the setup and he contacted me immediately to let me know he was refunding a portion of it. That showed he was trustworthy and had integrity. Long before our trip even started we were in contact and he was able to answer any questions I had. He always answered very quickly as well.
The RV: It’s very clean and spacious and holds 8 people comfortably (we had 2 adults and 6.5 kids). It was delivered on time and setup was quick and placed exactly where I wanted it. Once the setup was complete all we had to do was “move in” and enjoy our weekend. Tim was very knowledgeable of his RV and it’s capabilities and was able to give great institutions on everything it could do. He touched on every knob, button and storage area so I knew what was available and how to use them. He had it stocked with some necessities that we may have forgotten as well as some “extras” to help make camping a little easier and fun. I requested his big industrial size fan to use for the weekend and it was great! It helped keep everyone cool during the hottest parts of the day and allowed the older family members who visited to spend more time outside. On the last day he showed up on time to breakdown the camper and it was done in no time flat.
The man: Tim was very personable, friendly and helpful through the entire process from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Tim and his RV and we will definitely be renting from him again.

Best vacation we have had in a long time. Tim took the time to travel to our location without hesitation. Once there he explained everything we needed to know about the trailer. My kids were having such a good time that they wanted me to ask him if we could stay an extra night. He quickly said yes. We had everything we needed to have a great time. The bed was extremely comfortable and had a good night sleep every night. I would highly recommend Tim and his trailer. Will definitely book him for a our next vacation to the lake.

My experience was great and Timothy was on point. Delivered on time and was very informative about the functions on the camper. He returned all my messages quickly and as far as the camper it was very nice and clean! I’d definitely use him again!

Timothy was GREAT! This was our first experience and loved it. Timonthy explained everything so well until we felt at ease. We had no problems with the rv, it had all the comforts of home. Nice people and would recommend them to others. Would rent again from Timonthy, Thanks.
