This was the first time we used this service (Outdoorsy) and it was not a good experience at all. The trailer had many issues that were not disclosed. Propane leaked when turned on, so we had no hot water. Couldn’t use the stove, cause it was broken. The table was broken and the bathroom door was broken. We were charged for items that were broken before we rented it. I wouldn’t suggest renting from this couple at all.

Absolutely fantastic. Loved everything about the trailer and Amber was a phenomenal host. She even reimbursed for our propane. Would definitely rent from her again every time!

We had a great time in this trailer! Communication with Amber was great and she was very flexible. The trailer itself has plenty of room with almost everything you need. Although the trailer is relatively new, it could you some maintenance. We would, however, not hesitate to rent from them again.

Rick and Amber were great to rent from. They answered all my questions and were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to make our trip great. The RV is loaded with everything you could possibly need. It is clean, comfortable, and great for family trips or weekends with friends.

Amber & Rick were great to deal with, quick response to my email and questions, even when I had a question at the camp site. Very well stocked and comfortable. Everything worked and was easy to have a great time. We would recommend this trailer to anyone, we will choose them, and this trailer again.

Amber and Ric are awesome owners. They gave us a great tutorial about the trailer and they were nit worried at all ( first time rented) They made pick up and return problem free and they got a cute dog too.
