Owner never responded to emails, we had to call him on his personal phone number to confirm our reservation several weeks in advance, and our reservation was cancelled 6 days prior to our 4th of July vacation leaving us with no other options for replacement rentals.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. No communication, didn't answer my questions and cancelled on us two days before our trip. Won't get any of the campground money back, thanks for ruining our vacation John, stay classy.

John was quick to respond to my questions. The camper was very clean and ready to go.
