Michael is an excellent communicator however, awning was not working on RV and we found out upon arrival for pick up. This was a huge inconvenience and ended up costing us another $100 to buy a canopy for camping area. Also RV comes with 125 mile a day allowance-we only put a total of 125 for the 6 days-that should be taken into consideration upon rental. Also no dishes, pots, or pans but Michael let us know that the day before pick up-I had to scramble to get items together-and go out and purchase another tub for storage but at least we found out prior. Asked for a partial refund and never heard from owner. Since this is his last time using outdoorsy (he told me that when I had to give him a ride back home from RV pick up) I bet this review won't even matter. And-rear brake light was not working-upon return Michael promptly fixed this item. Other problems-were soft floors that caused you to be off balance when walking around RV. On the plus side-RV has lots of storage and very comfortable bed to sleep (not original RV mattress) so that made for sleeping excellent.
