We rented this trailer for Night in the Country. If you are not familiar with this event, it is a country music festival that takes place on farmland in rural Nevada. With this event taking place where it is hot, our number one desire was to have AC and a place to escape the crowd and heat. We picked the trailer up and took it to our place a day prior in hopes we could ensure everything was working properly. She failed to equip the trailer with an adapter so we had to spend our own money to get one just to check everything. We finally plugged it in and found that NOTHING was working. After multiple attempts to reach her she finally got back to us. She admitted to us that the previous renters had to same issue and were left to fix it themselves? Why wouldn't you test everything before renting it? Why would you put it back online before getting it 100% in working order? After attempts to fix it ourselves, we failed. Comments from Crystal included, "I'm not an electrician" and "There's nothing I can do". She ended up sending her ex husband to our place to see if he could fix it. Hours passed while our hopes of getting to our concert were fading away. He was able to get some functions working, but it didn't last long and he didn't give us time to inspect before taking off and leaving us up shits creek yet again. Outdoorsy wasn't much help, roadside assistance took hours and hours so we ended up giving up for the night. I requested a full refund as well as compensation for the time we lost at our event by her not being a responsible renter. Stuck with a broken down trailer while she enjoys the concert we should have been at and to get a response from her that there was nothing she could do. Make it right, Crystal. That's one thing you could do. The event was three days. With her actions, we missed one day so we are requesting reimbursement for 1/3 of the overall cost. $300.00 for GA admission for two and $275.00 on our campsite. $191.67....
