Ray could not have been more helpful or responsive. He was extremely thorough in the pre-trip walk through of the RV and showed a genuine concern that we understood everything. We had some questions during the trip and called him very early in the morning. He answered immediately and followed up several times to make sure everything was OK. I left some glasses in the RV upon return and he immediately mailed them . I would work with him again without hesitation. He really works to make sure that your rental is successful. A genuinely good guy.
