Water system probably was not winterized correctly which presented major issues. Great communications over resolution alternatives. Very nice trailer, great for a family.

Overall a great experience with Jeff and his RV.
Super friendly and communication was great, quick responses.
Had a little mechanical issue that was supposed to be fixed prior to pickup but ended up still being an issue. We were about to work around it and both talked about the issue and continuing our trip.
Did a big ring route through South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. Saw Mt Rushmore, crazy house, little bighorn, Yellowstone and the grand tetons.
Super friendly and communication was great, quick responses.

This was the first experience of RV travel for my wife and I. Jeff’s travel trailer was a good size for towing through Southwestern Colorado and pulling in and out of campsites. Jeff gave us a very through run down of all the features and set-up and tear-down. We did have questions along the way and Jeff always responded to our texts promptly. It was a beautiful trip and fun experience, Thanks Jeff!

We were looking forward to rent this after reading previous reviews and overall it worked out. The trailer has a good layout and slept everyone comfortably. The pop-out was nice and very useful. We pulled with a Jeep Gladiator (I wouldn't recommend pulling with anything that has less tow capacity than that). Unfortunately we couldn't get the hot water to work and the tow hookup could use WD40 (everyone around us was aware of that when we made a turn). The grill didn't heat evenly, which made using it a challenge. It was dirty when we first took it out so that could have been the cause. We were informed the kitchen was well inventoried but it lacked main items like a baking sheet or can opener. Lastly we had an issue with the sink detaching from the countertop and for the entirety of the trip we had to ensure we didn't allow water to leak around it when using it.

Jeffery’s Rockwood was a great fit for us. Our initial attraction was based on several features that were very important... no mileage limit, option for a generator with a low 1 time fee and the travel trailer layout with the dining slideout and Murphy queen bed was just what we wanted. In addition Jeffery’s assistance, walkthrough and even questions from us while on the trip, made the whole experience, personable, professional and memorable at Blue Lake, Bear Lake and even Lake Isabel in the Sept snow!

We had a great experience when we took "The Rock" down into the Sand Dunes, San Juans, and Arkansas Valley in mid August. The trailer was clean, in great shape, and everything was as presented in the ad. Jeffery is a great communicator and easy to relate to.

Great trip, great rig. Jeff was super helpful and responsive. He has a great trailer with all the bells and whistles. A few minor mechanical issues but nothing that took away from our enjoyment

We really enjoyed our experience with this trailer. Jeff was so thorough and friendly. He made sure we were well-prepared for our first voyage with a travel trailer. He was helpful and approachable. I highly recommend this rental for a family.

Wow, had a great time! The camper was a perfect size for us, Jeffrey was fantastic, very friendly and if we had questions he respond quickly, The camper was in great shape. I would highly recommend his camper!

Jeffery was beyond amazing! This was our first time "Glamping" and Using Outdoorsy. He walked us through everything on the trailer and how to use and tow it. Very responsive even after we had left. I couldn't figure something out and he walked us through it. Helped us hookup and unhook. His trailer is everything and much more expected from a 2020! Completely changed our outlook on RVs and Camping as a whole. Thank you again Jeffrey!
