At first Mike was nice and told my husband don't worry about dumping it he'll do it dontclean outside he'll also do that . Then when we return he trys to charge us a dump fee and gas fee. We made sure we put gas . Anyway shower was plugged up . He said he was going to clean trailer but got to hot outside if you use generator it will smell like Gas inside . Also very loud he threatened to take my whole deposit . Because I dispute the gas fee saying we took the trailer on a dirt road and was against policy well we live on a dirt road in cordes lakes and we also live in a desert . So I couldn't help that but he made it seem , if I don't like what he charging me he'll just try and take me whole deposit I felt threaten as if he was trying to take advance od me . I wouldn't rent from him ever again . Stay away if you can . BULLYS AND THREATHEN WOMEN WHO RENT FROM HIM

Mike was great- he answered all of our questions (and there were a lot) and was overall very pleasant to work with. Our week-long trip around Arizona and Utah was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed having the RV instead of tent camping. However, there were some things to be desired- I had to clean the RV before moving in all of our stuff. I admit I am a neat freak, but I expected the RV to be in better overall shape. It is definitely showing its age and the fact that it is a rental. I also agree with others that the supplies were inadequate. It makes an out of town trip very difficult when you have to supply so many things yourself. I was luckily able to borrow several items from my sister that lives in Phoenix. There were only a few foam cups, one bowl, no spoons... I ended up purchasing disposable of all supplies. Also, we have never ridden in an RV and no idea it would be so noisy! You could sometimes barely hear one another over the many creaks and such. Having noise cancelling airpods as a passenger was a life-saver! After all is said and done I do think for the price, Mike's RV was worth it... just know it is not in tip top condition.

My husband and I loved our first RV experience. The accommodations were more than enough for two travelers. The RV was clean and easy to drive. We’d definitely rent again!

This was our first RV rental. The quick trip and sights were amazing we loved Arizona. However this RV did not meet our expectations. I paid extra to equip the motor home with blankets, towels and kitchen ware. We are a family of four we were given two towels, 3 pillows, and 2 extra blankets with a few sets of sheets. Our children froze the first night and we had to continuously turn on the heat. Not to mention there was not a single fork in the camper. They supplies were inadequate and the entire motor home was dirty. I wanted to clean it but there was not a single cleaning product or broom in the Coach. I used water and Napkins to wipe it down. We ended our trip a day early ready to be out of the motor home. We were not given any credit for the early return and charged a seemingly exuberant amount for extra gas top off. I would not recommend this rental to friends or family.

Our family of four rented the Freelander for an entire month, driving through Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. It was the best family vacation ever in the perfect vehicle. As first time RV’ers, this was a great size and set of amenities. The 4 of us and our dog had plenty of sleeping space, a nice kitchen area, our out bathroom with shower, it was easy to park, yet wasn’t too unwieldy to drive or too large to stay in the National parks. Mike was incredibly helpful every step of the way and is just an all-around great guy. We would rent from him again in a heartbeat!

We had this RV for a 2 week 4 state trip. 2 adults and 3 kids and this was perfect! Plenty of space at the table for the kids to sit and play while we drove, with enough space they were not fighting. Being able to use the slide out at night gave us a lot more space to move around, cook, do homework and play. This RV had everything we needed for a fantastic tour of about 10 national and state parks. We would recommend this RV and Mike was great to work with.

RV ran great and the solar were a huge saver on noise, cost, and energy. Mike's videos made check out and check in a snap. Would highly recommend and would rent again.
