John was friendly and very detailed in going over the RV's set up protocol given it was my first use of one. RV was easy to pick up and drop off
John's RV was also clean and we were more than happy to make sure we left it in the same condition for the potential next renter. We would definitely consider renting John's RV again.

The listing and communications with John had us believing that this was a trailer that was fully ready to go, just bring your food and you’re good but, we found out that there weren’t any cooking pots, coffee cups, bathing towels or steak knives. To add to this, the toaster didn’t work and someone had wired the two 6 volt batteries incorrectly causing us to be without power until a fellow camper came to our aid.
The black and grey holding tanks were both full when we got the trailer and it took a great deal of time and effort to get the black tank emptied.
All this being said, John was very helpful and concerned with our issues, offering to get assistance out to us to improve our situation. His trailer is now better equipped, as we left everything we bought for the kitchen, in the trailer when we returned it.

Overall the rental was great. Bring your own cooking pot, mugs and coffee maker, as those weren't in there. The fridge was covered in mold and took 2.5 hours to turn on. Not sure why, as the freezer came on immediately. I had to thoroughly disinfect it and wait for it to come on before I could unpack our food. Wash dishes before using. There were some dirty ones in the cupboard. We brought a foamy to use on the bed. I would recommend this for added comfort.

John was pleasure to deal with. He was responsive and he answered our follow up questions immediately. Trailer is not brand new but everything worked.

John cancelled last minute to let his family use the trailer. NOT ok to leave me without any choices just a few days from booked date. two thumbs down
