I'm a full time father of two boys one is 9 and one is 3, and a realtor. We used to drive our RV for a vacation on most of the weekends and holiday, new technologies and mechanics are part of my passion, I upgraded lots of electric equipment for our RV , in order to make RV driving easier and safer espcially for a new RV driver. I'm monitoring the RV's health all the time, keeping the RV in best condition all the time. ready to go anytime.

Being generous because the host was kind, communicative, and flexible. But otherwise would not book this RV again. It was dirty when I picked it up, still had the EDC sticker on the window from the weekend prior. There were candy wrappers and sticky messes inside. The fridge reaked of spoiled food. It was infested with ants that have since come home with me. And everything seemed like it was held together with double-sided adhesive tape and DIY caulking. I had to sanitize the inside when I picked it up, and cleaned it like I would have expected to receive it upon return, but somehow was still fined a $300 cleaning fee. I even washed the exterior, including all the bug splats, which is a very odd and specific requirement I've never encountered on a rental RV before.

Franky Fang was a very nice man. The 3500 Ram Truck with the Cummins Diesel and the dullies on back, will definitely get you where you need to go.

This RV is great value; reasonable rental price, spacious for 4 family members, Frank was very client oriented person. I enjoyed the this first RV trip.

Great trip, great vehicle, great man. We had a lot of fun in our trip! Frankie was very helpful, and he let us return the RV late at night with no extra charge so we could take advantage of the full day of travel. Just make sure you return the vehicle with a full tank of gas, propane, water and also dump the sewage before returning! This was our first time renting an RV so a 22' vehicle was a good choice. The backup camera sure did made a difference backing up. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, had a powerful engine, and overall a great quality interior. 6 of us had an amazing time traveling up to Monterey. Would definitely recommend. 👍

We had the best family vacation in Franky’s RV. It was our first RV experience and Franky was consistently available throughout the week we traveled to patiently answer any questions. The van was so comfortable for our family of five and surprisingly warm and cozy as we found ourselves camping in snow. We’d absolutely rent from Franky again. Thanks for all the wonderful memories!

Our family had a fantastic time with this RV, perfect for our small family. Everything was in great working condition, Franky surely has ensured that the RV is well taken care of over the years. Our encounters were Franky were always thorough, professional and pleasant. Franky responded to our questions immediately, and we felt very at ease with our communication. We would love to hopefully travel again next time with this unit.

the RV was supposed to be delivered by 3pm; he arrives after 7 pm. he did not bring the icemaker we rented. i believe we were misled about the delivery and pick-up fees.

It’s my fault to forget the ice maker but I refund the rent fee and extra $50 as reimbursement. I think it’s should make Chris happy, unfortunately it’s not when I saw this one star review. Normally pick up time at my place should after 3:00 pm, I deliver to Chris’s camping ground at San Diego, it’s 80 miles from city of irvine and very seriously traffic on Friday, I send the real time map screen shot frequently to Chris when I’m on the way. I think I did my best. It’s normal delivery on 7:00 pm. This is not my fault. I even hock up everything by myself without charge when I arrived. I spend more than 3 hours to clean up due to sand in the rv everywhere when the rv return. But I did not charge the cleaning fee. Because I know It’s looks Chris easy to argue and angry everything regardless of it’s reasonable. Just to so it’s so disappointing the one star review. Be careful other owner when this guy ask your rv next time.
