It is our first time ever camping let alone renting a trailer. Suraj was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He went over everything with the trailer which made me really comfortable. I made a mistake about bringing the wrong trailer hitch ball and he was patient in waiting as I got a new one.
