About Craig & Angela's RV rentals
We are a family of 3 teenagers and 2 parents. We have had great trips camping together and hope our camper will allow you to do the same! The camper has the name "The Vermonter" because we are originally from Vermont and made the cross country drive with our camper in 2019 to arrive in sunny San Luis Obispo. We have done lots of exploring in our new town and are happy to give suggestions on fun family things to do! We have now made multiple cross country trips in our campers that are both up for rent - we've successfully gotten 5 people, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 bird, 1 fish, 1 Jeep, 1 truck, and 2 campers across this great country :) Trust us - you got this!

Easy and comfortable! Craig was right on time, set up quickly, and left us to enjoy 4 nights in their clean, comfy coach. Would highly recommend The Vermonter!

First time using Outdoorsy. Rented this RV from Craig for the long Memorial Day weekend. The process was far simpler than I anticipated. The RV was exceptional. Very easy to drive so don’t let the length persuade you from renting. Perfect for a family with a couple kids or even a some friends out for a camping trip. Will definitely rent again when we come up to the SLO area.

As advertised. Great quality camper with plenty of space and all we needed! Craig was responsive and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend. A do-again for me for sure next time we're camping in the area!

We did not have cell service where we were - so communication was delayed - But NOT an issue. Can't thank the Russel Family enough. Will definitely use it again if in the area...

I rented the Vermonter for our annual family camping trip we do every year in Pismo Beach. My sisters and I normally do the tent thing while everyone else owns RVs and trailers. I decided to go a different route this year. So glad we did. The Vermonter was beautiful. Everyone loved this trailer. The greatest thing I loved about it was it had 2 separate bedrooms. One very private room with a queen bed and the other with 3 bunkbeds that also had its own table and bench seating in it. The table could be made into a 4th bunk if needed. One of the bunk beds is a double size while the others are regular size. All were clean and comfy. The bathroom is big and roomy with a tub and shower. We chose to use the campground showers to avoid using up all our water since we were dry camping. The tv has a built in DVD player and for some reason we were able to pick up local channels in pismo to. The stereo system was really nice with indoor and outdoor speakers. With the pop out it made it do roomy and easy to have a few people inside when it got cold. The heater worked great. We didn't need any A/C but I'm sure it worked great. Loved that they are pet friendly. Even had some dog bowls, a leash and a few toys for my pooch. Included were dishes, pots, pans and utincils. Cooking in that nice kitchen was easy. Craig delivered and picked up the trailer as he said he would. He sat everything all up and broke it down. Oh yea and he even supplied an outdoor area rug which was awesome! We plan on calling on him next year for sure. The only thing I could say that went wrong was the ad says this trailer includes a generator. It does not and craig said he will fix that. We just rented one from United Rentals right down the road from our site. All in all I would give this trailer 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Worth every penny . Outdoorsy has great customer service and were there to answer any questions we had day and night. Great experience. Don't waste time looking at others because you will have all you need in the Vermonter. Happy camping!

Craig had the RV set up on time, we arrived 15 min after check in time and everything was set up and ready to go. The RV was very well stocked with everything you needed. Basically all we needed was pillow case covers and blankets. We stayed at Cava Robles in Paso Robles for 4 nights and had a great time. I would definitely rent from Craig again!

Everything was perfect!! The camping trailer was clean and in good working order. The AC worked especially well which was nice since it was hot where we were camping. The owner Craig was friendly and professional. He showed up on time and showed us how to work everything. I would highly recommend renting his camper it was a great experience.
