This was our first time using Outdoorsy and the experience was not what we hoped for. The owners of the RV that we rented were nice but the communication was not good. They were late delivering the RV. At first glance, the RV seemed to be clean and everything seemed to be in working order; however after the owners left, we had to clean the floors, especially the bathroom floors. When we went to our things in the cabinets in the main area, there was sawdust every where and we had to clean the cabinets before we could put our things away. The bathroom cabinets were full of used items from perhaps other renters so we were not able to put any of our things in the bathroom.
When we went to put our items that needed to be refrigerated in the fridge, it wasn't working. We waited to see if it would get cold and it didn't. We called the owners and they did give my husband instructions on how to reset it. We were glad we had friends camping next to us that had a working fridge. Next, the shower began to fill with water. We had yo call the owner again and they gave my husband instructions on how to empty the tanks.We realize that the owners are new at doing this but things should have been done better. Also, in thus day and age, there is too much going on for people to share personal items. The cabinets were full of used spices and there were some kids pull-ups in the bathroom. We you rent an RV, all the used items needs to be thrown away for the next renter to start fresh. Nobody wants to use butter, mustard and other things like that that someone else has used. It's not sanitary. There was one roll of toilet paper so I'm glad we brought our own and there was one used roll of paper towels. The RV was not stocked with the basic things but rather it had a lot of used items that we would not even think about using.

We rented the RV to be delivered to the site of an event we were attending. The owners delivered, set up the RV and walked us thru how to operate all aspects of the RV. They were so very nice, very helpful, had a basket of goodies for our dogs and a lovely outdoor set up for the humans with sparkling cider, flowers and a two seats, a table and a rug. It was adorable and it is the little details like this that make a stay memorable. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. We had some minor problems and Cassandra and Jerome were very responsive and very helpful! It was an extremely positive experience! Thank you Cassandra and Jerome!
