We had the RV for 2 families of four. The RV is very functional with plenty of room for 8. Philip was a great host by providing us a quick response when the trip was upcoming. We went to Yosemite and Sequoia National parks and we didn't have any problem with the RV. The RV was not spotless but in certain way clean. My only recommendation for Philli is to add at least one more pan and a larger pot for cooking and tableware for 8 people at least. I bought utensils and cups but it is necessary to buy more so that way the people renting may have the option of using them or buying disposables.

Philip is a great host. He was able to work around our times and got us the RV as planned. The RV is comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The RV does show its age but we put bedding and sheets and then the space was very homely.

Philip was a fantastic host. He was accommodative to our requests. The RV was spacious for 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). It was decently maintained. Could have used a bit more thorough cleaning. I shared my feedback with Philip too.

Phillip was extremely helpful and responsive. We had trouble planning our trip for unforeseeable circumstances and he really helped us figure it out and make it work. The RV is in really good condition and has lots of space for it's size. We had 7 people and it fit us all comfortably especially for sleeping. Easy to drive and Phillip gives you all the tips on how to be successful. Would definitely rent from Phillip again.

Philip was an excellent host through and through. He gave us a thorough run-through of the vehicle when he dropped it off and was communicative and responsive during our trip when we needed it. We would certainly not hesitate to rent from him again.
