Owner lied and tried to claim damage that was already present on pick up of rental was caused by us; she did not give us a copy of rental agreement after it was signed and she did not do a drop off inspection with us. If you rent from her take pictures or video of EVERYTHING inside and out of the trailer and the rental agreement. make sure you protect yourself! We were found not liable for any of her false claims because I had listed the damage on the rental agreement and even though we hadnt taken pictures, thank god I had written everything down on the rental agreement that she had us sign.
