I wouldn’t advise anyone looking to rent from this owner. He canceled out trip not once but twice with out so much as even an explanation. The first time it was apparent he canceled out 3 night booking to accommodate a 7 day, which I can somewhat understand but to turn around and cancel our second booking and not even provide a reason is just down right rude! Not to mention very unprofessional. Rent from someone else you’ll be sorry!

John's trailer was great and slept me family of 5 comfortably. John was quick to communicate when we ran into problems. I was a first time camper trailer user and he made it easy to understand! I would rent this trailer again in a heartbeat!

We had so much fun touring several gorgeous areas - Red Rocks, Joshua Tree, Sedona and Grand Canyon - in John's RV this December. We stayed warm, it drove well, and John was helpful throughout the entire experience, from pick-up to drop-off. This was our first time using an RV and we loved it!

John was wonderful at communication and the RV was just as advertised. The RV has upgraded mattresses on the forward and back beds which made for excellent sleeping conditions. It was well-insulated and the heater worked perfectly. I showered quickly after a run (a warm shower after a chilly run was divine) and everything was in working order. There was plenty of storage and there were no fussy buttons and switches to get confused by. He provided a broom and dustpan so we were able to sweep up each afternoon. I had all the basic pots and pans I needed to make side-dishes on the stove. There were enough plates, bowls and utensils for all that we needed to do and the sink was big enough to wash everything. Plus there was a coffee pot!!! Yes!! John made pick-up and drop-off very convenient and even let us know where we could add propane before returning it. It was a wonderful experience. He is a great ambassador for Outdoorsy and we would love to work with him again.

John is a very professional. He was quick to communicate with, thorough on our walkthrough, and answered all our questions. This was our first experience camping with a trailer and it makes camping much more enjoyable with little ones. We would most definitely rent from John in the future.

Incredibly nice, patient, communicative, and helpful owner. The trailer was as described and easy to tow and use. The only problem we encountered was a gray water tank that was possibly not emptied before we picked it up - it filled up even though we were incredibly conservative with our water use. The gray tank line also had a small leak that made that side of our campsite a bit smelly.

This little outfit was perfect for our family of 4 weekend getaway. John was amazing from beginning to end. He was available, easy to communicate with, and was even patient with us when we missed the pick up window by an hour. He helped us get it hooked up and even let us use his hitch.
The trailer itself was exactly as described. It was even cleaner than I anticipated. It was also very lightweight, and my Land Cruiser had no problem towing it. I’d recommend John and rent again from him in a heartbeat.

The wntire experience from pickup to dropoff was great! The trailer was just what we expected. It was very clean and comfortable. John was easy to get ahold of and responded promptly.

Didn’t have much in the trailer such as sheets or pillows. But it didn’t say it would so we should have guessed. Not a lot of water so if you’re going with a family make sure to have access to water hook ups. Take everything you would to camp as if there were no trailer.
