After the RV I booked for my vacation was canceled at the last minute due to a mechanical issue, I was a little stressed out to say the least. Outdoorsy’s concierge service helped me find a replacement right away and I’m actually glad it happened. The Gonzalez’s RV was really nice and everything operated as it should. They were great to communicate with, much better than the previous renter and they answered all my questions. I’ve rented many RV’s before, the Gonzalez’s were flexible with me which I really appreciated because it can be difficult returning one on time due to Miami traffic. I definitely recommend renting from them as I will be doing so myself in the future.

This RV should not be rented out, problems kept arising the entire time. Nothing worked and we were miserable. We couldn’t even drive it back to her she had to come get it because the stairs wouldn’t retract. Honestly I would like a refund I am extremely dissatisfied.
