As this was my first time renting, and being new at the RVing life, David and Outdoorsy were the perfect match for me. David provided a walk through and demonstrated the vehicle a few days before my scheduled pickup. He then had the vehicle ready for the road and warmed on the cold January morning of my pick up day. I asked many questions, both in person and by phone during my rental week. David was always helpful, especially when my questions had probably been answered during one of his demonstrations.
