Jovani was very nice and easy to deal with. There were a few issues with the trailer. People who rent these rvs need to inform the owners about problems as they arise. He had no idea his water tank had a major leak or his shower pan leaked too. We are definitely renting through Outdoorsy again. We are test driving multiple types of rvs before we purchase.

This was due to a safety concern that was brought forward. Safety for the renter will always come before money made on a rental.
