I would advise against renting this RV. It's a nice small class A model with a huge slide-out that leads to a surprisingly roomy interior at camp. And the owner is knowledgable and outwardly friendly. He was flexible with the pick-up and drop-off process and made everything relatively pleasant. But they charged me over $1000 to repair damage caused by the slide-out mechanism itself through no misuse or neglect on my part.Attached is a photo that clearly shows a line of dark dots. immediately under the person's finger is a large dot on the same line. Thru the owners own admission, these dots are caused by the slide out mechanism bouncing against the floor while driving. There is clearly a pre-existing problem with the slide-out -- there's no way Thor intended the floor to sustain permanent damage just by sliding it in and out. But he insists that the damage adjacent to the big black dot is unrelated and my fault.Renters beware: you'll end up paying for damage that you didn't cause.
