This was a trip of a lifetime and me and my brother are beyond happy we chose this company to hire the RV from. Everything from start to finish was perfection. Communication was flawless, they would respond in 4-12 minutes max, even when business hours list they are closed. We had zero issues with the RV and were on a trip for 12 days and did over 5000km. Everything you could need was in that RV, including an axe to chop wood, leveling blocks so the RV was always parked level, ample storage space inside AND outside, shower was waaaaay better than you can expect, more power outlets than you can imagine. oh, and to note, the extra mileage fee was nowhere near as pricey as some other companies and sites!!

The RV was good, no big problems. Just a little maintenance issues, but nothing that stop us from have a great time in Banff Canada. The RV kept us warm and comfortable.

Worst Experience ever. wasted time and money by booking RV through Outdoorsy. dont Get your rv through Stephen and hand lin, they are the worst of all, gave a faulty vechile which has a lot of engine code on it and they just cleared the code and gave the rv to us, it didnt drive the uphill at all and the engine light turned on while we are halfway to jasper and the whole trip was ruined. The host didnt even bother about this situation even though he knows that we have our flight to catch the next day and still they didnt help us. We totally will not recommend to book your RV through these fellows( stephen and hand lin) scammers.

Hi Kevin. We are deeply disappointed by how this rental was handled. Our team made multiple attempts to visit your campground to assist with and resolve the technical issue and even offer a new unit for you, but access was repeatedly refused. Furthermore, you declined to follow the instructions provided by both our team and Outdoorsy. While the vehicle was handed over with full fuel and propane and empty holding tanks at the pick up date, it was abandoned off-site with empty fuel and propane, unemptied holding tanks, and a significant interior mess—including tomato sauce covered in the microwave. We always strive to provide reliable units and support, but guest cooperation and responsible return of the vehicle are essential.

My wife and I had a great time with unit C10, a 24' model with a slide out. It was plenty of room for the 2 of us. The RV came well-equipped with kitchen equipment and a linen set, and Steven was very helpful in explaining the features. We were very happy to have an RV vs. a minivan-sized campervan as it allowed us to spread out, while still being simple to drive and park. The only issue we had with the unit is that it is underpowered going uphill, but otherwise it drove great.

Our family had an awesome time on our EAFRA (Epic Alberta Family RV Adventure), staying in Stephen's RV for ten days and exploring the Province of Alberta. Overall we were comfortable, slept well and found RV travel very convenient. In particular we appreciated the layout of the RV and the amount of exterior storage space. We had full size corn hole boards (4'x2'), a four person raft, four paddles, a bbq, four large KUMA chairs, lifejackets, fishing rods, and a big pop-up screen gazebo for the picnic table. It all fit, along with firewood, tennis rackets, hammocks, side tables and a cooking table. And a giant rolling cart.
