As this was a very last minute booking (within 24 hours), Jordan was a great host and was very communicative from the start. Even prior to confirming the Sprinter, he was open in-regards to what we needed.The sprinter was really nice, brand new and luxurious. We covered having it delivered/ pick up to/ from our location which was very convenient.As these new sprinters they can be pretty high tech, and he was gracious enough to film some videos on how the Sprinter operated so we can reference it during the trip. But even if we had any questions, etc, and reached out, he would get back to us.A++ all around and highly recommend renting from Jordan. We would gladly do it again without a hesitation as it was an overall, a great experience!
