My rental experience was top notch from start to finish. This was my first experience with an RV, and this group had bookmarked a how-to video with every piece and part in the RV, had clear and transparent check in/out processes, and provided active communication when I reached out. If I end up returning to CA for my event next year, I'd flock to Sean's rentals first.

1) I was not able to get the GFI outlet fixed before my trip. I was literally troubleshooting the RV outlet issue on 4th of July which is a National holiday. This meant my kids had no TV to distract them during the trip since we were leaving early next morning, which was rough on the wife and I. On top of that, we could not use the Keurig coffee machine to make coffee in the morning.

Everything was great, the host was very helpful. The only thing I would ask to by changed is to have the black water sensor fixed and also have a ladder for the bed above driving area.

First time renting an RV, it was great to drive and was very comfortable for our family of 3. Host was very communicative. Pickup and drop off was a breeze, would definitely recommend and rent from again!
