Do not rent this from this man. He will keep your security deposit and does not tell the truth.
Prior to our trip in communicating with him, via text, he told me the camper would have water. We would be able to use the toilet, shower, and sink.
On Friday when meeting with us, he showed us how everything worked and we thought we were set. After he left, we went to use the bathroom two times. Then noticed none of water was working---fresh or grey. There was no water. The grey tank was Full. The fresh water tank was empty. We called him to tell him there was no water and the grey tank was full and he said there was water. He said there was water. We told him that he needed to make it right and bring us water---as this was determined as part of the deal--we have a copy of the text--with him saying he would have it full with water.
We then paid $60 at the campgrounds for two water maintenance people to bring us water. Still did not work. We contacted Dimitar and he said there was water and the grey tank was clean. Once again---not true. We told him he needed to come and make things right. He eventually came with another man--that appeared to be his friend. The man with him was in plain clothes and just wandered around looking at the camper. Dimitar did not communicate anything was wrong. His friend and him looked around in all parts of the camper for awhile, then communicated the water pump wasn't connected correctly. They did NOT communicate any concerns. Then left.

Have a great time renting this RV. Dimitar is easy going and fast responder for any question you ask. His RV is best what I have rend so far. Very clean and perfect for family. Definitely will rent from him again.

Great camper for being only 19'. Was easy to tow as a first time camper. Wasn't happy about needing to empty prior renter's black water. We still emptied again when done. Good value for a short trip. Ended up spending more time in the camper than anticipated trying to escape mosquitos!

This trailer kept us safe & happy throughout a 16-day road trip - across the country - with two children - and a dog! What a luxury to have a personal kitchen and bathroom wherever you go. Kids loved the bunk beds, bring your own towels. Dimitar and his family are very helpful and kind. I would recommend this rental to any small family.

The owner falsely charged for not emptying gray and black water tanks. The trailer had faulty sensors which showed 3/4 full even when all tanks were emptied. The tanks were emptied just before leaving the campsite with a full hook up site.

We had a great time in this travel trailer. The trailer was very clean and the family loved it. The owner was very accommodating too!

The owners, being new to renting their RV, were more than accommodating in setting up use of the RV as well including media use. I did not need the media fire stick for my trip but it was a nics nice gesture. The RV was clean and stocked with all of the necessities. I would recommend this rental to anyone.
