New to site! Had some issues with navigating the site. Asked questions and didn’t quite get answers. Talked to host to help navigate with little help. Took pictures but was rushed by host on pick up and return. Seemed odd! Our trip was interrupted and our plans changed due to fires In 2 different areas! Were unable to travel different roads and areas due to evacuation restrictions and closures. Went to see my dad who is ill ! Only got to spend 6 hours not 3 days as planed! Sadly he lives in Oregon so it could be last time I got to see him. Rushed on drop off not sure why! Host agreed to .40 additional on mileage on the documents said she would change. It was on contract! But not sure .

Sorry you felt that way about rental and I explain how to use RV you saying you have an RV ,Rv was suppose to be dropped off at 11am DID NOT RETURN UNTIL 9PM did not charge late FEE did not charge for sewage dump did not charge for cleaning found cigarette bud under mattress I didn't know about your dad being sick until after I would of consider an extra day I didn't know about all the fires and did change mileage to .40

My family had a beautiful trip with Juan's beautiful RV.
Juan and Marcella were very kind and the RV was spacious and convenient.

JAUN and Marcy on behalf of my family and I,we thank you for making memories for my grands and mom,it was such amazing adventure,see deer roam freely,having a campfire each nite,and not least fishing. You all made it so easy and comfortable.
