Rachel's camper is perfect for a couple, we had everything needed. It was very clean and they took the time to explain all the details. This was our first experience in a van and they were all there to answer the questions.

We had a fantastic experience renting the Travato from Rachel and Ian! My wife and two kids took the van up to WV for a long, fun-filled weekend of camping. We were first time RV renters and everything went very smoothly thanks to Rachel and Ian's tutorials when we picked the van up. The van drives and feels like a regular car, so very easy to drive. Having SiriusXM on board was a treat. Operating all the bells and whistles was straightforward and we didn't feel intimidated with it. One adult and one kid slept in the back bed and the other adult and kid slept in the other bed comfortably. Rachel and Ian were awesome with communication and extremely helpful and accommodating. Hope to do rent it again sometime!

First time RV renters. Rachel was very helpful beforehand answering my many questions. Showed us how everything operated on it before we drove off. Vehicle was very easy to drive and easy to park in shopping parking lots. Perfect size for the two of us on our 5 day rental. Good air conditioning for those hot and humid North Carolina days & nights. Will definitely rent this from them next time we travel.

The Travato was great. Took a trip to the NC mountains and it had not problem on steeper roads and handles great in and out of tight spots, parking lots, etc. Owners took their time with me (first time RV user) to explain how everything worked and we had zero issues. It was not as complicated as I had anticipated. I would highly recommend and will consider again for sure in the future.

Traveling with my wife and myself. Communication before the trip was great. They were all prepared for our arrival. RV was clean etc... Everything went just great. Rachel and Ian were very easy to work with and I could tell they wanted us to have a good experience. Passenger seat was a little hard for my wife to get up to, as it does not have a running board step like the sliding door entrance does. Got a $10 step at Home Depot to solve the problem.
