Very disappointing rental. We rented this camper for a 3-night boondocking trip, which the owner knew in advance. At pickup, it was not properly prepared: the battery was only ~25% charged, the fresh-water tank was empty, the refrigerator smelled strongly of spoiled food, and toiletries were left in the shower. We had to delay our trip and charge the camper at home for ~16 hours.
Most seriously, I specifically confirmed before leaving that the camper’s only heat source would work on battery/propane while boondocking. The owner assured me it would. It did not work at all. We spent a sleepless night in temperatures in the 30s with inadequate bedding, then ended our trip early. The owner later acknowledged she didn’t know the fireplace required shore power.
Other issues included a refrigerator door that repeatedly opened while driving, a leaking gray-water system, an entry door that wouldn’t latch, loose fireplace glass, low propane, and inadequate battery capacity. The brake controller also came loose despite being installed exactly as the owner instructed and approved at pickup. We requested a refund; the owner declined to resolve it directly and referred us to Outdoorsy.

Couldn't have asked for a better first-time RV experience. Ariana is such an amazing host, and the trailer itself is very comfortable with all the amenties required. I'd definitely rent the RV for a longer time and absolutely recommend this trailer and host.

My wife and I loved the modern interior, ease of use, space, and heating for our trip to Mueller State Park. Nights can get chilly at 8000ft. The Honda Ridgeline RTL-E handled the camper great. Ariana was an excellent host!

Ariana is, by far, the best Travel Trailer Host one could hope for! She is instructive on how to operate the Trailer, responsive with questions and incredibly kind. I could not have had a better solo travel experience with the R-Pod on my road trip. The trailer was clean, had everything you could want and was straightforward to tow with the 2011 Toyota Tacoma. What a wonderful experience. I would bet she is the BEST host on Outdoorsy - she presents a tough bar for others to meet!

Ariana was great, answering our preliminary questions and getting us on the road. Camper worked great to test out towing with our Rivian, the inclusion of a weight-distributing hitch was a great feature. Thanks, would definitely rent again.

The best part of this rental was Ariana and Bill. They went above and beyond to my my first experience renting and pulling a trailer an amazing experience! The directions were clear and comprehensive and they were very helpful when I ran into first timer snafus. I couldn’t have been happier with their service and the condition of the trailer. Everything worked perfectly. Definitely give them a try!
