We were excited for this trip, and the owners were communicative leading up to our rental — even working with us to accommodate pickup on a tight turnaround. Unfortunately, once we arrived at our site, we experienced several issues with the trailer.

Renter never called to ask how to use anything. Everything was fine when they came back and easily could have been explained with a simple phone call.

Barbie and husband, were knowledgeable, great to work with, they were very helpful and polite. Trailer was a bit dirty, but they cleaned it on the spot for us.

We rented this trailer to have extra sleeping space at our home over the holidays. RV was nice and clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Host very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
