Lucas was great to work with and was always very responsive, but there were some things with the trailer that took away from our camping experience. The awning was previously broken and not repaired properly and broke again during our trip. We spent quite a bit of time trying to roll it back up in order to be able to drive the trailer home. The black tank was not emptied before we took it out, and the trailer smelled like sewer. Luckily there was some solution in the trailer that we could put down the toilet that made it bearable for the weekend. The generator only worked half the time and was not strong enough to power the AC, and the fridge didn’t work the first 1/2 of our trip and miraculously started working on the last day. Had we been in a campsite with full hook ups a lot of these problems wouldn’t have affected our trip so much.

We rented this trailer for 4 days, for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children), and had a fun trip. We did have a few issues, which I will outline below.

Great overall experience. Lucas was kind and seemed genuinely interested in providing a fun time for our family. The trailer was great and provided everything we needed.
