We are a family of 6 that love traveling. We own our RV so that we can give our kids a great experience growing up. We feel that creating these kind of memories are going to have a lasting impact on our children. We want to share the experience with other families.

We had a very good experience renting this class C from Jeff, After owning a class A for 2 years, then selling, we wanted to know the difference between the 2, This class C was very easy to drive, I've heard others say the class C is a loud ride, not true. My wife, mother, dad and I did the same trip from clearwater to Houston that we've been doing for the past 3 years now, and after this trip,I give this RV a 5 star rating. Thanks again Jeff. You have given us more to think about before we purchase our next RV.

Jeff's 2011 Coachman was perfect for our trip. We did have a fuse blow which was uncontrollable but Jeff was prompt in his response and fixed the issue. Jeff was very accommodating and wanted to make sure our trip went well. I would highly recommend Jeff and this vehicle for your next road trip.

We had a great time and enjoyed meeting Jeff (and his son). Everything was in great condition and easy to use. If you are reading this and are on the fence..... just book it. You wont be disappointed.

Jeff was great to deal with. He is very methodical and pays attention to the education process for renting an RV.
We were disappointed with the lack of previous cleaning. The passenger seat was full of animal hair and there were footprints all over the windshield glass. I chose not to sit up there. The toilet had dried urine that I had to clean.
The kitchen console cabinet leaks water, if at any parked angle, we believe from the shower. I was pleased to see the amenities that are included except the Keurig machine was not useable because it was so dirty and needed to be thoroughly cleaned.
Mechanically the unit was great but we were disappointed that the awning was disengaged and we could not use it. With summer heat and rain, it is a nice to have. The DVD player is a great amenity however it has the typical shutoff of the power to it when the engine is on which is silly considering the driver cannot see it to be distracted by it. It is great for the kids to use up there when traveling.

We had a great time. Jeff made sure we were taken care of for our trip. He was very quick to respond to questions. The RV ran great and provided a unique new experience for our two girls age 1yo and 4yo. They both loved it!

We loved the RV. It was exactly what we wanted and Jeff was easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. He made helpful videos before our trip that made us more comfortable using it.

Where do I start? I guess I will start working with Jeff. From initial communication, to pickup, to drop off, communication with Jeff was top notch. He is extremely warm and friendly which helps the whole experience. As for the RV, it is now 7 years old and around 22K miles, but you can barely tell, you would think it is near brand new. It drives real well and going the speed limit we paid around $150 on gas to travel approx 425miles at $2.5/gal. The size of the RV was perfect for our group of 5 and I could easily see it holding 8 as advertised if connected to full hookups during your camping experience. It is also boondock ready but obviously you will hit tank limits quicker if a bigger group. Overall the RV experience and working with Jeff was the centerpiece of the whole camping long weekend. We highly recommend the RV and Jeff, 5 stars all the way!

Jeff Boon was terrific. Very comprehensive explanation and preparation. His "how to" videos are a bonus. His flexibility in pick up and drop off was especially helpful. My only suggestion for improvement is to repair the roll-out canopy. Jeff substituted a 10 x 10 pop-up which worked fine, but, had it rained, the entrance door would have been exposed. We would highly recommend renting from Boon!

Jeff was a wonderful host! The communication was excellent, always informative and quick to reply to any questions but not constantly overbearing with texts or emails; only when I asked a question. The vehicle was sound; we did 1000+ miles without mechanical issue. The living conditions were excellent with sleep space for 4 adults, one per bed. I recommend Jeffs Family Time to anyone looking for a stress-free escape.
