This was my first campervan rental. Sandy was extremely helpful, always available to answer questions, and flexible. I couldn't rate her higher for the personal service and support. The Roadtrek was spotless, ran great, and was comfortable and stocked with extra little things. Some of the features weren't available due to COVID, but we discussed this up front and there were no surprises. I appreciate her attention to the details. The price matched out budget too. I am so happy we found this vehicle!

The power on the van blew out before I took it - but she said it would "recharge" over night at my home - 90 miles away. It didn't, so I was stuck. They charged me $350 for a sleeping bed platform and some lights. Nothing on the van worked A tent would have been cheaper and preferable. Also logged 2 hours on hold with outdoorsy this morning, saying my call was "very important" and they NEVER answered. I'm disgusted

It was the refrigerator that "blew" the morning of the rental not the power to the camper. I was hoping all it needed was a longer charge time...but regrettably that wasn't the case. So, I compensated the renter with a 50% discount of $258. Note: a 3-day ice cooler was provided. It's true that the wait times for customer service have been unacceptably long due to the huge demand for rental vehicles during these covid times.

We had an absolute blast! We drove from Ellicott City to the Eastern Shore of MD. Stayed in Martinak State Park, visited both Easton (saw Count Basie's Orchestra at the historic Avalon Theater) and St. Michael's (caught the end of WineFest & danced to a great funk band (Chesapeake Fire) at Carpenter's St. Saloon - took a side trip to Tilghman Island) with no problems at all. My first vanlife excursion. Highly recommend Sandy's ride :) RT is sweet and very manageable. All the necessary amenities are provided and Sandy is a wonderful host.

Sandy was very nice and concerned with us having an enjoyable trip, as this was our first experience with a camper van. She was very thorough in going over instructions, giving helpful hints and tips. We did indeed had a wonderful experience and she was very interested in hearing about the highlights. Her camper van was just right for the two of us and our first experience!

Sandy was very pleasant and a great communicator from the first contact through to the fihish of the rental. The Roadtek was easy to handle and maneuver, so back-in sites at campgrounds are easy to access. Sandy supplied all the necessary items except for our food and clothing making it very easy for "first timers" like us.
