Thanks for all of the coordination for us to fly in and camp at a little old family-owned campground that took a little more communication with not one site marked with a number. Great camper for our adventure!

Excellent. The communication was great. Due to a potential storm coming they worked with us to adjust our pickup time, which helped a lot. The videos along with the walk thru were great.

Once again, Hitch & Go surpassed our expectations and provided with the perfect RV for our get-away. It was comfortably spacious, well-equipped, easy to tow and provided the ultimate comfort for a rainy week away! We highly recommend Hitch & Go and look forward to further adventures with them.

Our rental was last minute due to a shift in the weather forecast. Hitch & Go RV was AMAZING to work with. Delivered, set up and picked up ( additional cost as to be expected). Everything was incredibly smooth. I found Hitch &Go to be more reasonably priced than other rental options and provided A+ service. Will definitely use again.

It would be helpful if renter had an instruction booklet (similar to those that are in Airbnb's, rental condos, etc). This unit ran out of propane one night and we nearly froze with no heat -- only to learn the next morning that we needed to switch to the second propane tank (which we knew nothing about).

Renter needs to be there when this unit is delivered so that delivery person can show renter how to lock and unlock the doors on this unit. Furthermore, if you are locked out, renter will make no compensation for the lost rental time.

We had an excellent experience renting an RV from Hitch and Go RV. David was very thorough getting us ready for our camping adventure. He provided 'how-to' videos in advance of our pickup. He was also readily available via text or phone call to help.
