Lauren and Taylor were the best Outdoorsy trailer hosts yet! The drop off and pick up was seamless. The communication was on point. The instructions were easy to follow. “Big Pop-Up” was a huge hit with my family too when they came to our site to see what we had rented. It’s deceiving on the outside… but there was so much space inside! At one point, I had my 2 nephews, niece, husband, and pup all in there having a peaceful snack together. Taylor gave clear instructions upon delivery and Lauren was available via messaging during our trip… although I only needed to contact her once. We will be renting “Big Pop-Up” again! Thank you so much Lauren and Taylor… you made our family camping trip as perfect as could be!

Lauren and her husband are really nice. They spent enough time to explain about the Pop-up RV, before we rented it out. And they helped us with really quick and specific replies when I asked them something during our use. About the Pop-up RV, it is really easy to tow, has enough space inside, and it has very nice and charming items to live in. I recommend that.
