Quick to respond. Space was clean. Unfortunately (to no fault of the owner), the awning did not work and it did rain during our trip - so would have been useful to have. There were no cups or utensils - wish I had known because we were stranded at the campground without them and would have just brought them had I known.

Great hosts! We had a few issues figuring everything out, but Jason was quick to respond and help us work through everything. Highly recommend!

Never rented an RV before. The ride is loud for your passengers. Once we were at our destination the RV was very useful. Much better than tent camping. We traveled each day to a new destination. You need AC 24/7. We did not have a camp site each day and had to run the generator a lot. The 5 hours per day will not be enough if you don't have an electrical hook up and it's costly.
The owner was great to work with while we were camping..
I needed the insurance from Outdoorsy. They closed my claim after a week while I was waiting on my insurance to mail me the denial letter. It has been very frustrating to work with them. Not the RV owners fault but concerning to me. I hope this will be reopened and resolved. Don't know if I will be able to revisit this review to better inform readers. AirBNB allows 30 day to review. Outdoorsy is 7. I have other things to do besides write a review once home from vacation. I don't think they understand that issue or they would not pressure us for a review.

Fantastic experience! Communication and pickup was smooth and easy - owner was very knowledgable and readily available to answer questions during the trip. RV worked great and included lots of extras. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Jason again. Highly recommend and many thanks!!!

We had a great time, and Jason was a fantastic host. He was so helpful, and always available to answer questions. His RV was immaculate and everything ran smoothly - it was a perfect fit for my wife and I. We had a wonderful experience working with Jason.
