Gail and her husband have been amazing, this is the 4th time I believe renting from them and it’s the same exact great experience every time. Always a clean trailer ready to roll for adventures!

Simply Amazing!!! While I was shopping around to find a trailer to rent, almost all other renters required you to have a ball and brake controller for towing. Gail provided everything I needed to be able to tow the trailer. Seeing that this was my first time towing anything, it was actually pretty easy to tow this trailer. All the comforts of home were provided, which my wife and kids loved. Gail provided excellent customer service, and all my questions and concerns were answered. I would definitely rent from Best RV Vacation again!!!

The Tab 320 Boondock edition teardrop trailer is practically brand new and in excellent condition. The owners were easy to communicate with. They were also great at explaining the features of the trailer and helping to get the trailer attached to my Subaru Outback. Would highly recommend.

We would just like to thank Best RV. The RV was very clean and comfortable. We are 1st time RV users and they provided us with all the necessary instruction on how to operate and tow the RV. They were very responsive & friendly when we had additional questions during our trip. We highly recommend Best RV to family and friends and are definitely planning to use them again in the near future. 5+ stars

Best RV Vacation was great! They were easy to work with, and also made helpful suggestions to us that made our first experience with an RV a positive one! We were already looking for campgrounds and deciding which RV we want to rent from them next on our way home from this trip!

Perfect, a great experience from beginning to end. Best RV was responsive, flexible and thorough. Our little Tag Boondock was well cared for, clean and maintained. We had a lovely little weekend and highly recommend this outfit!

Very impressed with the level of professionalism of the owners and cleanliness of the travel trailer. So much thought on all of their vehicles goes into making the rental experience an easy one. Communication prior to rental was great and gave us a heads up on any items we needed to prep for on our own. Upon arrival the meeting and hookup to our vehicle was flawless and made simple as they provided the appropriate hitch and electrical connection for our vehicle, even though we had our own their setup was preferred.

My first time with outdoorsy was a success. The owners responded attentively when I had challenges at the camp ground. I am new to towing and Gail took the time to explain and patiently orient me to the trailer. We rented the Minnie Max and it made the trip so easy. I especially liked the fridge size and ample freezer that freezes and keeps thinks frozen solid. The mattress pad made for a restful and comfortable sleep. We experienced rain, wind and hot sun during our trip and the heat, A/C and weatherproofing kept us comfortable. The ample elbow room in the bathroom was also a welcome relief. I look forward to renting this trailer again when in the area. The hosts were professional, prompt, and provided excellent communication. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Thank you Gail for such wonderful service. We have rented Spirit 2021 Little Mini Max twice this spring. Very efficient delivery and set up. The Little Guy was spotless and very comfortable both times. we are looking forward to our next rental this summer maybe to the larger 19 footer. We highly recommend your service.
