Let me start with saying if there were extra stars, I would give them to Wong. Our flight was delayed with an already late arrival and we were not able to get to the pickup until very late. With absolutely no complaints he met us and took the time to explain everything very patiently. Then due to other unforeseen circumstances we needed to get to the airport early and once again with no complaints he met us very early in the morning to pick the RV up. His customer service was above and beyond anything we expected. AND the RV was exceptional, had all the amenities we could have asked for, and ran great!!

Hong went above and beyond to help make our trip as smooth as possible. I highly recommend renting from him. I’m glad we got to use this van as we always wondered if it was a way to travel that we might enjoy. We learned a lot about these smaller rigs. I think it is ideal for quick set up and take down as there is very little to do. It is much more of a minimalist version of RV travel than we have done in the past. You don’t know unless you try it!

First, the experience with Hong exceeded all my expectations. The communication is fast and clear. Hong explained all the systems in the van, which was extremely helpful for someone that isn't experienced. During the trip Hong was available for questions that came up and responded quickly. Hong is the ideal host, and makes the experience incredible.
The Van was clean, fueled, and had no issues at all. It has a lot of features, and although everything was explained, I still needed some help during the trip. Having good communication was essential to the quality of the trip and reducing stress!
Can't recommend this van and owner enough.

Hong was amazing. He made us feel very important and made sure we had all we needed for 5 days. The most accommodating host we’ve had renting from Outdoorsy and AirBnB. I can’t wait to rent again from him.

Hong is AMAZING! His hospitality is unmatched and he made our first Outdoorsy rental experience top notch. We surprised our kids with the vehicle to drive up to Oregon to visit family and they said it was the best surprise ever. The vehicle was stocked with everything we needed. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Hong was great at communicating and took his time to explain how everything worked before we started. We highly recommend renting your next RV from Hong and looking forward to our next trip!
