We ran into Trailor about a year ago and everything was OK other than the steps going in and out. The unit were unsafe they had obviously been damaged. The host was very nice and we liked them so we decided to rent the trailer again the first Time delivery and pick up were included. For the same price we had to pick it up and return it on our own. What setting up the trailer we noticed the steps have not been repaired. I had to use a block to problem up and make them safe. Black and gray water tanks were full and the freshwater was low. We had to pay a mobile service to come out to dump the tanks. We sent a picture of the monitor showing that the water levels were what they were. I called the host sending pictures of the monitor. They said I would be reimbursed. We all realize a mobile service is not as cheap as going to a Dump station. they are disputing the charge. And they’re charging me to have it dumped again. i’ve never written a bad review for anything, I am very disappointed with not only the host, but the company.

The trip was great and working with MaryKate was great as well. My only complaint was the TV didn't work. For myself that's OK but my wife had a hard time with not having a TV to sleep, yes she one of them. LoL .. but all in all the experience was delightful. Thank you MaryKate.

I didn't cancel the booking. Outdoorsy did, just to be clear. I was trying to accommodate a last-minute request, then my camper had a malfunction I couldn't remediate before the renters arrived. That has now been fixed.

MaryKate was great to work with. Communicated when she had a question and responded in a timely manner if I had a question. The trailer was perfect for our camping trip. There was 2 minor issues she reported to us as we picked up the trailer. We had no issues with the trailer at all. We had to return early and MaryKate was there for us to be able to do that which was very nice of her.
