Hi! I'm Heather and with my husband, Chris, we own and operate My Gypsy Days RV Rentals. After going full time in our RV in 2020, we decided a year later to purchase two small travel trailers to rent to other adventure loving people. We have since traveled to 37 states and all over our home state of Texas in our RV. After anll the traveling we settled in the beautiful city of Flagdtaff, AZ. Our favorite things to do while on the road are visit State and National Parks, wineries, breweries and just immerse ourselves in the local culture. We simply want to help you do the same and embrace your sense of wander.

I want to start by saying that Heather was absolutely wonderful to work with! Her communication was amazing—she responded incredibly quickly and answered every single question we had in a very timely manner. She is incredibly nice and made the rental process very smooth.
However, for the amount of money we spent, we were disappointed with the actual condition of the RV and felt it needed some TLC before being rented out.
Physically, it did not look as clean as the pictures shown on the Outdoorsy app. The exterior had thick dust on the outside walls, and the wheels were brown and dirty instead of clean and black. Inside, we found quite a bit of dust on the bedside tables and the dining table.
Additionally, there were a couple of functional issues:
The Canopy: The built-in canopy did not work. To make up for it, they popped up a Bud Light tent for us to have shade, which we appreciated, but it wasn't what we expected.
The RV Stand: The rear stabilizer stand that holds the RV steady when parked was unstable and was not set flat on the ground as it should have been.
Heather’s customer service is top-notch, but we really hope the RV gets a thorough deep clean and some maintenance before its next trip.
