Danielle was very helpful and available for all questions. This turned out to be a "contactless" pick up and drop off, which worked out really well. She sent me a bunch of videos that had all the basics of the camper. The camper was clean, well stocked and in very good working order. Great Experience!

The RV was well stocked with all the extras that you always forget you need. Made our load in and out much easier than past rentals. Danielle and Gabriel were available when I ran into minor issues asked questions.The only recommendation I would make is make sure you have a weight distribution hitch and a sway control system. The trailer had the weight distribution attachments on the trailer but the hitch was not provided. This wasn't required when we picked the RV up. When we hit the spring winds of West Texas and New Mexico we searched for the nearest Harbor Freight to get a WD Hitch installed. We do not recommend towing without it.
