Michael was easy to deal with. We had no issues with the rental. We got what we rented. I would definitely recommend Outdoorsy to all my friends.

Mike was excellent to deal with. Very helpful for first time RV'ers. The trailer itself is in great shape. For a family of 5, it was roomy enough even though it rained pretty much our whole trip. We would definitely rent again.

Michael was great to deal with. I wasn't exactly sure of my timeline and he was very accommodating! The trailer is easy to set up and level, and he even spent 20 minutes getting the hitch to match my vehicle height. The fridge was already cold when I picked up the trailer, which was a huge bonus. Generator was also offered for use if needed. Slept my wife and I and our two teenage kids easily without having to setup or take down anything. Front bedroom is awesome. It was 6 degrees at night and we stayed toasty warm and dry. I would definitely rent again.
