I would not recommend booking with this company for your stay. From the moment my family arrived we had issues with the RV and the customer service from Lee was very very poor. Just to name a few problems that began before we ever unpacked the RV was not clean, the main battery was bad an putting off fumes therefore setting off all the alarms. It took hours for someone to get there to fix it .. the alarms continued to sound each day and Lee did not offer any plan B for our family and kids staying a week. Each time there was an issue it took a while for a reply and hours before anyone showed up. The camper smelt terrible and had no water pressure. This company does not thrive to make their renters happy and it was obvious, we will certainly never use them again. Coming from a family who camps often, book with someone else especially if you have kids. The problems made the trip tough for little ones esp the alarms going off constantly. Lee was extremely rude and bothered each time we called or reached out with an issue.

The camper was nice, organized, and set up perfectly! All things were ready when we arrived and it was painless getting all things set up from there. The owners were wonderful communicators, and we hope to use their camper again in the future!

The RV was amazing, loved the set up and was nice and clean and well equipped for a week on the lake! We got to our campsite and it was already set up and cool which made unpacking so much easier. Host answered messages quickly when we had questions. We hope to use again next year for our annual trip.

We rented this travel trailer, and while the layout was perfect for our needs, there were some significant issues that impacted our experience.
On the positive side, the trailer was delivered on time, and the setup process was smooth. The layout was thoughtfully designed and worked well for our family.
However, the cleanliness and condition of the trailer were disappointing. Upon entering, we noticed a strong musty, mold-like smell. We also encountered three brown recluse spiders during our stay, which was alarming. It seemed as though the trailer hadn’t been properly maintained or thoroughly cleaned in quite some time before it was delivered to us. A simple light sweeping appeared to be the extent of the preparation.
I hope the owner considers addressing these issues because the trailer has great potential with proper upkeep.

We're sorry the camper didn't meet your expectations. We take pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of our campers and until now our customers have been extremely pleased with this unit. Upon return we found no evidence of spiders or any insects for that matter but campers do spend their lives in the woods and other areas where insects and spider exist. Thanks again for renting from us!

Pros- outdoor kitchen was nice.
Cons- no communication from rental company. They substituted a different camper than what I rented and didn’t tell me. It was not nearly as nice as the one I reserved. No trash can. No can opener. Nasty pans in kitchen. When I asked about the incorrect camper afterwards they were very rude. Do not recommend.
