I was super stoked to find this rental to take to Colorado over my fall break. It was my first time pulling a trailer so I was pretty cautious along the way. It was way easier to pull than I anticipated and was able to troubleshoot parking quite easily. During the trip, there were a few issues that arose that Casey did a great job of communicating during. In the future, make sure to double check everything before departing, I was told the generator was full of gas and it was not as well as a full propane tank.
During the trip, I ended up having to spend hours finding a new part for the propane tank because it leaked which was my only means of heat, had to buy multiple propane tanks before realizing the hose was leaking, a tire went flat due to temps, etc. Regardless of the issues (which are bound to happen) it was a great trip.

Super easy to deal with. Very thorough on walking through with tips, help and directions for people who are new to the rv world. Communication was excellent. Trailer was super clean and everything worked as described. Would definitely rent from again. Thanks Casey
