This was an up and down rental experience. 1st of all, we haven’t pulled or stayed in a trailer for 30 years or more so we are definitely novices. When we picked up, Cody was not there so his teenage son was the one to “help.” He basically showed us how to turn on the power and run the pull out and sent us on our way. We didn’t know how to get the electrical to work, light the pilot for the oven, and we had nothing but trouble trying to get the refrigerator and freezer to cool consistently. I was lucky that I had cell service from our campsite because everyone else in my family did not. I had to watch a YouTube video to light the pilot and I sent many messages to Cody which he responded to but it was slow and cumbersome as I could only message him through Outdoorsy. The freezer issue resulted in melted ice cream and steaks that had to be thrown away. On the upside, we enjoyed having a trailer as it rained a lot during our trip. My only suggestion would be to replace the queen mattress with a real one as the mattress was super uncomfortable. All in all, I would rent again but probably not this trailer.

Great trip! This was our first time using an RV and it all went so smooth and we had a great family vacation. Trailer towed great behind my Ram 1500.

The trailer was perfect for our needs and was well stocked. It was easy to tow and still had plenty of sleeping room for the whole family. Cody was so easy to work with and was very communicative prior to and during our trip.
